SHIPPING POLICY

So you bought our adorable clothes, and can't wait to see your children in them? We at maiSArah bOuTiQue will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Every order, whether shipped "POS LAJU" or "POS EKSPRESS", takes 1-2 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Options
We offer a choice of "POS LAJU" or "POS EKSPRESS" delivery within the Malaysia. Delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by "POS LAJU" Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days.

Shipping Rates
For your convenience, the following table show our shipping rates:


via "POS LAJU"
RM5 - Peninsular Malaysia (Below 500g)
+ RM3 for Subsequent 250g
RM7 - Sabah & Sarawak (Below 500g)
+RM4 For Subsequent 250g


via "POS EKSPRESS"
RM4 (Only for item that can fit in the envelope)
takes 1-2 days to be delivered


If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge you for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Order Tracking
We will let you know the moment your package leaves our warehouse by sending you an e-mail with its tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package online at POS MALAYSIA


When your package is late
First, please check your order status, using the tracking number we sent you by email when your package left our warehouse.


If you are still puzzled, you are more than welcome to contact us by email or call us, and we'll help you track it down.


Please bear in mind that if "POS MALAYSIA" shows purchase as having been delivered, we are no longer responsible for it.
